What is Expected from Evancians
At Evans Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we believe that true education is reflected not only in academics but also in character, discipline, and conduct. Every student of Evans—fondly called an Evancian—is expected to uphold the values and traditions of the school and represent it with pride.
Core Expectations from Every Evancian
- Discipline & Punctuality – Arrive at school before the first bell and be in proper, neat, and smart uniform
- Cleanliness & Order – Maintain personal hygiene, keep books neat, and ensure classrooms and campus remain clean by using dustbins responsibly.
- Good Manners – Greet elders, teachers, and fellow students with respect; judge others by their character and not by appearances.
- Reading & Awareness – Develop the habit of reading newspapers and books to stay informed and enhance knowledge.
At Evans, every student is encouraged to cultivate values of self-confidence, discipline, responsibility, and respect for others. By following these principles, Evancians not only succeed academically but also grow into compassionate and responsible citizens of tomorrow.
