Parent-Teacher Meeting
At Evans Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we believe that education is a shared responsibility between parents and teachers. To ensure the holistic development of every child, we organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) at regular intervals.
Objectives of PTM
- To discuss the academic progress, behavior, and overall growth of the child.
- To provide feedback on strengths and areas of improvement.
- To strengthen the bond between parents, teachers, and the school.
Guidelines for Parents
- Attendance at PTMs is compulsory for all parents/guardians.
- Any official communication or complaint must be conveyed through the Parent Communication Section in the student’s diary.
- Parents can meet teachers after school hours with prior permission from the Principal.
- In special cases, appointments may be scheduled with the Principal for personal consultation.
- Through active participation in PTMs, parents can play a direct role in shaping their child’s educational journey.
