Fee Rules

At Evans Matriculation Higher Secondary School, the fee structure is designed to support smooth academic functioning and timely provision of facilities. Parents are expected to strictly follow the fee payment schedule to avoid inconvenience.

  • ✔️ Fees must be paid in advance for each term at the school office using the official pay-in slip issued by the institution.
  • ✔️ Tuition fees are payable for 12 months of the academic year.
  • ✔️ Conveyance (transport) fees are payable for 11 months.
  • ✔️ Fees once paid are non-refundable, under any circumstances.

  • ✔️ Term I (June – September): Fees to be paid between 1st June – 25th June
  • ✔️ Term II (October – December): Fees to be paid between 5th October – 25th October
  • ✔️ Term III (January – April): Fees to be paid between 5th January – 25th January
  • ✔️ Parents are encouraged to pay in advance or in installments as per the school’s guidelines.

  • ✔️ Fees once paid will not be refunded for any reason.
  • ✔️ A late fee will be charged for all payments made after the due date.
  • ✔️ Late fee: ₹ 50 per week until payment.
  • ✔️ The school fees cover 12 calendar months and may be paid in three instalments — 1st Term, 2nd Term and 3rd Term.

  • ✔️ No reduction or concession is made for holidays or broken periods.
  • ✔️ Students are liable to pay full fees as long as their names are on the rolls.
  • ✔️ Higher classes will have a different academic structure of fees.

  • ✔️ A late fee fine of ₹20 per day will be charged for payments made after the due date.
  • ✔️ Failure to pay fees before the end of the term may result in the student’s name being struck off the school roll. Re-admission will only be considered at the discretion of the management.

  • ✔️ Fees can be paid in three installments across the year.
  • ✔️ Parents must retain the official receipt of payment issued by the school for future reference.
  • ✔️ In case of discontinuation or withdrawal, all pending fees must be cleared before applying for a Transfer Certificate (T.C.).
